- In the case of a return, we can only accept the product's original packaging, so we ask that you DO NOT THROW OUT the original packaging for 14 days from receipt of the order.
- Since it is a custom-made product, we cannot modify the order after placing it.
- Refunds are made after the package has been returned in its original packaging and checked. If there is a technical problem, it is possible to replace the product.
- In all cases, the buyer is responsible for the postage.
